Do you have a printed catalog?
The product catalog is online only. There is no hardcopy catalog for mailing. You can see the products offered by African-Images when you click on the Products option on the home page.
What music is playing in the background on your home page?
 The Blessing - a modern Mid tempo track featuring stylish ambient sounds, ethnic instruments and the vocals of Ethiopian Jews known as Falashas.
If I pay by check, when will my order ship?
If you mail your order and pay by check, your order will ship when the check clears your bank. You will be notified when the order ships.
What is your return policy?
You may return any item within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping and handling. If you should ever receive an item that is damaged, please contact customerservice@african-images.com immediately for a replacement. If your order was placed with a site reached by clicking on a store link from within the African-Images.Com web site, please contact the respective shopping site.

Do I receive a refund of shipping and handling if an item is not shipped?
If your order contained multiple items and an item is out of stock and has been discontinued, you will be credited for the item and any remaining items will be processed and shipped. The shipping rates provided are a flat fee and not reflective of the number of items shipped.
If the discontinued item was the only item ordered, the order will be cancelled and you will not be billed.
Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
If we have shipped your order, it is not possible to cancel. You would need to refuse shipment and the item will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the merchandise, you will receive a credit on the credit card you used to place your order. If the order is not refused and you open the package, you can still return the merchandise in the condition it was received and we will credit you for the order, but shipping charges will not be refunded in that circumstance.
Can I sell your products as fundraisers for my organization?
Absolutely! Your organization can order specific products at wholesale and sell them at retail. Pocket the difference as your organization's profit. For pricing on specific products and bulk orders, please contact Customer Service.
May I purchase your products at wholesale cost?
If you are a retailer and would like to carry my products, please contact me regarding available quantities and pricing of specific products.
What should I keep in mind when shopping for an ethnic theme that is primarily inspired by Africa?
For a decor style inspired by Africa, think exotic with the goal of achieving a style that is uniquely you. Keep in mind the words unique, ethnic, exotic, African-inspired. Don't over do it. Start small and accessories until you get the perfert look.
